WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?
Due to the amount of time and care that goes into creating each piece, all sales are final. Sometimes (very rarely) items arrive damaged. If this is the case, email me immediately to alleviate the issue with a replacement.
Can't tell in the photo if that blue matches your rug or accent pillows? If you are not sure if the colors you see in a painting are exactly what you want, feel free to ask for more photos.
HOW DO YOU SHIP ARTWORK?
I currently offer flat rate ground shipping within the US. Artwork is shipped insured up to the value of your purchase via FedEx Ground in a tube or flat mailer, depending on the nature of the artwork. The shop's shipping rates are subject to change, based on the type and size of artwork I create.
Items are usually processed within 3-5 days and arrive within a week from the day they're shipped. If you need rushed shipping, 3-day or quicker, an additional shipping charge will apply.
If you're interested in framing with our partner, Framebridge (see framing question below), shipping is free from my studio to them, and from Framebridge to you. Send us an email if you'd like to use Framebridge for your Cor Signatures piece, and I'll give you a code at checkout to waive your shipping costs.
WILL YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes! After you purchase artwork from the website I will email you a separate shipping invoice. The invoice will be an estimate. After the artwork is shipped, I will send you an adjusted final invoice with the actual cost of shipping. I'd love for my work to live with you, wherever you're located on this beautiful planet!
DO YOU RECOMMEND FRAMING FOR ARTWORK?
Yes! I'm excited to share that I've partnered with Framebridge, a wonderful online framing company that has a large selection of elegant frames, top-notch customer service, and they even offer free shipping. Partnering with them means I can offer my customers a discount code (in your order confirmation email). Another bonus, your piece arrives ready to hang so you can enjoy your new artwork right away.
If you shoot me an email, I am happy to give you my framing recommendations.
I love supporting local businesses, so I also recommend you check out framers in your area.
DO YOU SELL YOUR ORIGINAL WORK IN STORES?
I sell my line of fine art cards and art prints in stores. Visit my Wholesale page to see the list of stockists. I currently do not offer original artwork in stores, only on my website. I do a lot of product testing with the South Coast Botanic Garden in Palos Verdes, so you may get lucky and find an original piece or two there for sale.
HOW DO I INQUIRE ABOUT SELLING YOUR WORK IN MY STORE?
Thanks so much for your interest! I'd love to connect with you to see if we are a fit for one another.
Please contact me directly for inquiries about representation, licensing or wholesale orders. Please note, items may not be purchased directly from the store for resale. Hop on over to my Wholesale page and fill out the Inquiry Form.
HOW DO I FIND OUT WHEN YOU HAVE NEW WORK AVAILABLE?
The best way to find out when I have new work available is to follow me on Instagram and sign up for my newsletter. If you see a particular painting that you love on my Instagram feed, and cannot find it listed on my website, please use my Contact form for availability, size, and pricing information.
DO yOU HAVE A STUDIO OR GALLERY I CAN VISIT?
Unfortunately, my studio is currently located in my home in Los Angeles, and I do not offer studio hours for visitors.
However, I love meeting people when I'm showing work at events! Sign up for my newsletter to learn when and where I'll be showcasing my work.
DO YOU TAKE COMMISSIONS?
Yes! I love creating custom work, bringing your vision of beauty to life. See a piece in the shop you love but it has already sold? I'm happy to do a commission creating a similar (but never exact) piece.
To get started on your custom piece, fill out the form on our Contact page, and let the fun begin!
